The opening screen shows a chart of your allocated work, or the status of the process as a whole if you manage it. Saved filters let you drill down to the issue sets that you deal with.
Reports
All data within CC Tracker can be reported upon for review on line or for export into formal management reports. Reports can be implemented as charts and tables with drilldown facilities. Custom reports are tailored to report on KPI adherence and performance.
Search
A sophisticated search facility provides instant retrieval of all issues for given criteria. Results are shown in a grid displaying key attributes of the issue, the data set can be sorted on any of its columns.
Journal
Each issue has a journal which allows staff to add comments to the issue while it is being worked on.
Letter Generation
PDF letters can be generated from templates against issues. Mail merge features and an inbuilt editor keep the editing and review within the application security model.
Notification Emails
Automatic emails with links back to the issue in CCTracker can be used to alert users that they have an issue allocated for their attention.
Duplicate Issues
Multiple issues can be aggregated as a single master issue to ease management where several instances of the same problem are recorded. This is dealt with as a single issue, CC Tracker automatically updates the status of its member issues.
Roles
Users are accorded rights to projects and given roles that limit their access to information and which may change the interface that they are shown.

CSV Export
All search sets can be exported to CSV. Where results lists are displayed across multiple pages all results are exported.

Issues can contain any number of fields as required for a business process. Typically this will include

Security
Access is controlled either by username and password or through integration with a LDAP directory e.g. Windows 2000 Active Directory which offers pass through authentication.
