Workflow to suit any organisation  

CC Grant Tracker employs a flexible workflow engine, which is initially set up to cover the main processes of grant management.  The system can mirror what clients do at present or enhance their processes as follows:

  • Applications – CC Grant Tracker supports a variety of application methods, from fully online application forms, to pro-forma word processing documents, to traditional paper-based forms.
  • Peer Review – a comprehensive module to manage the cycle of selection of peer reviewers, inviting to review and managing the review process.
  • Approval – the system manages the tracking of the approval process via key personnel identified by User Roles.
  • Grant making – following successful approval, the ongoing management of the Grant is monitored by the system, providing complete record of payments made against cost forecast for the projected lifetime of the grant.
  • Audit – All actions are audited by the system providing a complete record for audit purposes.
 

Document generation and processing

CC Grant Tracker generates Application Forms with template data, which can be distributed to grantees. Following submission of the completed form by the grantee, the system will automatically process the data and generate a grant Application entry in the system.
 
This process will save significant amounts of time in the production of documents and transcription of data, increasing business effectiveness and data accuracy.
 

Automated notification

When a due date is approaching or has been exceeded, reports and visual indicators automatically alert the Manager that action is necessary.
 

Budget management

CC Grant Tracker provides comprehensive budget management facilities, including cost forecasts (using agreed rate schedules) and payment tracking, again assisting administration by automating processes where appropriate.

Additionally, Academic Pay Scales are recorded in the system, incremented per annum over the lifetime of a project.

Grant accounts system

CC Grant Tracker has a complete financial management system to manage all aspects of grant accounting. Comprehensive reporting comes as standard and the facility to build your own reports and save them is also a major feature of the product.

 

Web access

CC Grant Tracker is a web-based application, allowing secure access from remote locations. There is no need to load software onto individual PCs, simply granting the necessary access rights to a user will enable them to instantly access the system.
 

Reporting

CC Grant Tracker provides online reporting capability, giving instant access to real-time data. This ensures that management are kept fully informed of the current business environment.
