Your data is secure at a number of levels 

• User Access is controlled via login and user roles managed either through the application or LDAP group structures. CC Tracker uses industry standard routines to minimise the possibility of compromise.
• Data is stored on SQL Server where it is protected by SQL Server access security settings. Sensitive data can be encrypted as necessary.

Where the system is hosted externally we provide or recommend the following

• Network Security is provided by an enterprise level industry standard firewall. All servers are locked down as part of the installation routine and patched to appropriate levels. AntiVirus software and intrusion detection runs in the background.
• Web access is encrypted with 128bit SSL.
• Server access is tightly controlled by source and destination IP controls.
• Backup and Disaster Recovery configuration to preserve data and business continuity.
