Training

CC Technology will deliver training or work with our clients to develop the training courses that are subsequently delivered in house. We usually find that the training requirements are minimal as the applications are well received. However it is important to fit the software into your business practices and to ensure to that all users are aware and taking advantage of all CC Grant Tracker features.

When configuring the solution for each client CC Technology works closely with the client during development to ensure that the system matches the business processes. Our clients become well versed in the system during the development and testing workshops and are usually well placed to decide upon an appropriate level of training for their colleagues.
